Working for Change will be offered exclusively online throughDecember 31st.Our Working for Change training is designed for non-managers and will provide the skills to get awesome results in your areas of responsibility! Participants will learn how to:
- Get aligned with your manager on what success looks like by asking the right questions (or providing the answers!)
- Approach your work with an eye towards equity and inclusion
- Use check-ins to get what you need to move work forward and keep your manager in the loop
- Ask for feedback and practice receiving it in a way that makes you better at your job
- Manage your time and stay organized
- Manage up, down and sideways
Cost
$350 per attendee for organizations with budgets above $5 million
$300 per attendee for organizations with budgets between $2 million and $5 million
$225 per attendee for organizations with budgets below $2 million
$200 per attendee for individuals attending without organizational assistance
A 10% discount will also be applied for clients of The Management Center and The Management Action Center.
We only allow up to 4 people from one organization to attend per training date.
Management Center trainings run for consecutive days.
